Victory Starts First In Our Belief…

 It is very easy to fall to Satan and allow him to breakdown our lines of communication in our homes, our careers, and even our relationships when we drift away from the Word of God. Many of us fall lazy at times and feel as if there is no use to carry on when we only rely on what we see instead of learning to trust in God to carry us forward. Instead of focusing on why something won’t work lets learn to focus on how something will work and allow God to bring it all together for His glory and not our own.

  I challenge you today and every other day to not allow Satan to hold you back! When we learn to look for how we are going to accomplish something then we are already on the Way to victory…amen

Honor Your Choices In Life…

 God gives each of us choices everyday to make and we all have made wrong decisions in life. Some of our wrong decisions may have even caused us pain but they can help us learn to make better decisions in the future. Living with the consequences of our choices does not mean that we walk around unhappy or complaining but they teach us to think and choose more carefully as we go further in life. Not only will they help us to grow but when we accept our responsibilities for our actions then we are to lead by example in teaching others to be wise in their steps to insure something of God and not of Satan.

 Not all opportunities are of God! Many are of Satan to distract us from our commitments and to detour us from the path we are on. God wants us to honor our commitments and stay focused in life where Satan wants us to look at everything else instead of what we already have. It is Satan’s objective to make something look good at first but what we must recall is what Jesus taught us in the wilderness when tempted by Satan. Our Lord and Saviour taught us to look beyond our immediate desires to insure the future outcome, and if the future outcome can separate us from what we have then it is best to stay where we are .

 For what may look good now might not be good for later, and when we base our decisions thinking of only ourselves then we need to reevaluate the situation. This life is of learning to honor our commitments and putting our desires behind others to help teach our children a better way of life through the love of Jesus Christ.

  I challenge you today and every other day to grab hold in your commitments and do what it takes in love to see them through. Don’t allow Satan to distract you from what you have been given and chase the wind of this worldly sin. For there is honor when we accept our decisions and learn to walk on in life through the love of Jesus Christ…amen

Allow God To Say ‘When’…

 There are two parts in life that are very difficult to understand until we learn to trust in God and allow Him to carry us forward. One, is our youth and recognizing when to step up. Second, is our maturity of recognizing when to step aside to help our youth or someone else that God is directing to help carry us forward in the love of Jesus Christ.

 So many times in our homes, in our relationships, in our careers and even in our churches we face decisions that need to be made to carry on what God has given in this journey of life. But when we don’t face what is before us then we are only allowing Satan to hold us back in the spirit of God. There is a great momentum in the spirit of God when we begin to work in the love of Jesus Christ. It is our job to serve God the best we know how until He brings someone else to help carry us forward. When He does this then it is our position in our maturity to help develop the youth into who God wants them to be.   

 I challenge you today and every other day to not only serve the best you know how in the glory of God but teach others how to develop their gifts to serve our children of the future. For as the Lord teaches us our lives are like grass and we only bloom for a little while. The only way to keep the bloom alive is by learning to spread that seed to others…amen

Put CHRIST In Your Christmas…

 God instucted us in the Holy Bible to set up traditions for the sole purpose of never forgeting our history in life and to give praise for how far He has delivered us from where we have been. I can never give words for what Christmas means to me now compared to all the rest. It is truly amazing how our relationships can grow when we stop and  listen to what is really being said in the spirit of God and allow Him to develop our lives into who He wants us to be rather than what we want for ourselves.

 For if we do not know our self then how can we even expect a true relationship with someone else. There is a peace that we can have beyond measure when we truly accept who is in control and receive true salvation in God’s mercy and grace. There is no better gift than true salvation through Jesus Christ and even though I believed before, I failed to truly apply God’s word to my life and follow what I knew in my heart to be true. I’ll never forget saying to my dad, “Dad, I figured it out! Do you want to know why our entire life we have risen and then fallen?” Then I said, “We left God out and put ourselves in front!” It is real easy when we are down to pray to God and ask Him to lift us but then when He lifts us we tend to forget who got us there.

 This is sad but true and once I read the Holy Bible I saw this same cycle of events that paralelled my family’s life and my own. This is where I thank God for the BEST gift we have ever been given in His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and for now allowing me to see what I was truly missing in my life that was tearing my family all apart. Now it is my mission to not only help in restoring my family but share the importance of teaching the Word of God in our homes where it all begins. Real change starts first with our self then to our homes and then to our nation. May God bless you and your family this Christmas and I pray that the love in your heart will be be felt by everyone in your path and that you will share what Jesus has done for you to encourage others along the way…amen

God Is Our Provider & Jesus Is Our Shepherd…

Here is a riddle the Lord placed on my heart and I pray that you study the depth of what was given to insure whom or what you are working for;

 Do you work for what you physically see or do you work for what you don’t see? If you work then for what you see then do you know whom you are working for?

 It is easy in life to only go through the motions in our relationships, in our homes, in our jobs, and even in the church but when we just do what it takes to get by then would you say we are being good stewards over what we have been given? God gives us our life, our children, our jobs, our homes, our friends, our spouse, our church and even this country here in America and when we neglect what God has given then it is only a matter of time before it could be taken away.

 When we begin to work for the future results instead of focusing on the immediate return then our jobs and our relationships will grow stronger with direction for our children’s future. I challenge you today to take ownership in what you have been given and to not take what you have been entrusted with lightly! Learn to focus on what you can do to make a positive difference instead of trying to put off what you can do on someone else…amen
