Make A Difference…

November 18, 2009 by admin Leave a Comment

Our life is a journey that is full of trials and tribulations no matter where we are in life.  So often we fall into the darkness of this world because we allow our environment or our circumstances to hold us back and rob us of the joy that is given in Jesus Christ.   As long as we have life we have a job to do, and all we have to do is the work it takes to get the job done.

There is only one way to make a difference in life and this is to do the work it takes to make something better. Just because the task may seem impossible or too difficult does not mean to give up! Because in our hands we are limited, but when we learn to rely on God and just do our part to make a positive step forward then all things are possible with Him in front!

We are to learn from our history and not become stuck in the past in order to move forward in the future.

I challenge you today and every other day to never lose hope and think you can’t make a difference! If you will study your life from one aspect to the next and commit to God in doing the work that needs to be done He will show you how to grow stronger and mature for what lies ahead in your future. Here is something to think about in your step of making a difference,” If you can make something better for your children then you should be making something better for mine, and if I am making something better for my children then I should be making something better for yours.”

Life is not only about us and don’t fall into this trap! All it takes is a little positive step forward to make a difference for our children’s future…amen

Some Fall & Some Only Stumble

November 17, 2009 by admin Leave a Comment

In the Christian walk of life some people are fortunate enough to only stumble and never lose their grip from the tree of life. Then there are those that are born of God but in their youth they become lost and  fall due to the winds of sin that blow them away.

As a child of God it is our job to help those that are in need no matter their stumble and when we fall to judging others for where they have been then we are doing nothing but falling to sin. It is not our place to judge or separate ourselves from the ones that stumble or from others because we feel that they may cause us to look bad in front of our friends.

Life is a beautiful thing when we learn how to appreciate every aspect of life that is given through the blood of Jesus Christ. We all serve a purpose within the body and when we learn to appreciate each person for who they are under God then it is amazing at the beauty we will see in helping others that are in need.

It is not how we physically look in this life but how we spiritually act that keeps us intact…amen

A Leaf In The Fall…

November 16, 2009 by admin Leave a Comment

Sometimes in life we fall, but during our fall we are caught by the hand of God that keeps us in a certain place for a while to serve a purpose in where we land.

During this place, where we temporarily land,  we might not be where we want to be and sometimes we even stay longer than expected in order to grow stronger and mature for what lies ahead in our future.

If you can’t understand why you are where you are or why you are going through what you are going through then search for the peace of God in the falling leaf in the wind to discover the happiness and your purpose in where you have temporarily landed.

Where we land is only for a little while and it is our job to help the children of the future.

I challenge you today and every other day to enjoy where you are no matter your circumstance in life. Seek God for your direction in where you have temporarily landed and He will give you your fulfillment and purpose in life through the love of Jesus Christ…amen

Don’t Allow Satan To Hold You Back…

November 13, 2009 by admin Leave a Comment

It is very easy in life give Satan victory when we become stuck in our circumstance or in our past sins by allowing them to define who we are. Don’t ever look down upon yourself for where you have been or for where you may be, because none of this matters when you have been truly set free.

It is what we (learn) from our past that will define who we are in the future, and our lessons in life will give us the strength to overcome our future.

Our trials in life whether directly or indirectly are there to make us stronger, and to teach us how to help others that may be facing the same circumstances in life. By trying to hide our past this only covers up who we really are, and this allows Satan to rob us of the joy that we have in Jesus Christ. I don’t know about you, but I refuse to give satan victory in my life, and allow him to work through someone else in trying to rob me of the love that I know in my heart!

I challenge you today to be happy with who you are and praise God for what He has brought you through! Don’t allow Satan to rob you of your joy in learning to just appreciate where you are rather than worrying about where you want to go. There is a great peace in being happy and content within yourself and this void can only be filled with the light of Jesus in the darkness of our fallen souls…amen

Praise God For A New Day!!!

November 12, 2009 by admin Leave a Comment

In every morning that you wake up do you take the time to praise God before you even start the day? Or, do you just jump up without even taking the time to pray?

There is a peace in the early morning that can’t be explained by many, but this peace is of God before our minds get distracted in this world. As we go through the day it is easy to not keep God in the drivers seat and put Him in the back because we don’t want to speak of God in front of others, but why do we do this?

Why are we scared to talk of God in front of strangers and share how He has given us purpose in our lives through the love of Jesus Christ? Since when are true Christians to give in and fall to sin?

It is imperative to recall that the church we attend is for fellowship and worship to replenish our souls for the next weeks journey. Not only was the church established for the believers, but it is also for those that are seeking the light in the darkness of this world. People wonder why the church pughs are falling empty and why the world is getting so dark, but fail to realize that it is because many Christians have fallen to simply not doing their jobs in taking God outside of the church and sharing Him in every aspect of their life.

How do you expect a light to shine when we keep covering it  up in front of others outside of the church? Every single believer has a mission field whether in their homes, in their work place, in their communities, and even in foreign countries and unless we uncover the lamp to let it shine then how do we honestly expect others to see how to properly believe?

I challenge you today and every other day to keep God in the drivers seat and share the message of hope no matter your circumstance in life. There is great power in the spirit of God when we turn the light on in the dark room to help others see the way…amen

Spiritual Revelations

Don’t be like Eli in 1st Samuel and miss something that has been given by God. If you recall with Eli he did not listen because the Word of God was rare in those days and he did not recognize what was taking place until he saw the persistence of Samuel…
