Don’t Allow Satan To Hold You Down

August 3, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

Yesterday, there was a lesson shared from Luke 10 on the Good Samaritan that helped someone that had been pushed aside by the very ones who claimed to follow the Word of God. This Jewish man that was in the ditch had been robbed by thieves as he traveled from one destination to the next. Who do you think was spiritually guiding the thieves to hurt this man that deserved no harm? Who do you think caused the ones to walk on by because they failed to hear another child’s cry?

There is another way to see this message when we look at it in the spiritual eyes of Christ. The man that was traveling was a child of God that Satan set out to destroy. This man can be compared to a woman that has been raped and robbed of her dignity. This man can be compared to a child of God that that has been preyed upon in molestation in order to rob them of their self esteem. This man can be compared to the poor that has been robbed by the rich in order to keep him down due to someone else’s greed, and this man can be compared to someone in the church family that is crying out in their needs while the church neglects their duties of serving the people instead of worrying about where they are going next.

Many of us have experienced pains in our life and some of us have fallen into the ditch at times but all that matters is how we pick ourselves back up again to return to the path that God has given. I challenge you today to not allow Satan to spiritually hold you down anymore in your mind or through others that are trying to rob you of who you are as a child of God!

If you are in a ditch STAND UP and dust yourself off with your hands in the air in just thinking God for how you have been spared! Recognize those that are trying to hold you down and learn to love them to show who you are in Christ to help others along the Way…amen

Are There Barriers In Your Life

July 31, 2010 by admin 1 Comment

It is very easy to see the physical differences in people and allow these differences to cause a division within the overall body that create a barrier for us to overcome. These divisions that can come between us not only rob us of the blessings of God but they also open the door to Satan to spiritually misguide us into forgetting how we are to work together as One in the body while respecting each part for the roll that we all carry.

To help us break these barriers between one another it is vital that we recognize that there are only two types of people in this world. We are either a child of God that serves the Kingdom or we are a child of Satan that seeks the world. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ taught us how to live in the world but not of the world while instructing us to love the enemy in hopes that the enemy would recognize how God’s love is for all people.

As a child of God in this world it is very critical that we teach our children how to avoid these divisions in the body of Christ by teaching them how Satan wants us to be robbed of who we are. The day that we are given life as a child of God it is important to recognize how Satan has been already at work in the family to destroy the foundation of the home that is needed to raise our children. As God’s children mature they are in constant attack spiritually to be robbed of who they are to limit the amount of work that they can do in helping others along the Way.

A good example of this is how men prey on women to satisfy a selfish desire that is being triggered in an emotion. The spiritual deception that works in our sexual desires is a very dangerous emotion to recognize because Satan works strongly in these desires because he knows how they can rob someone of who they are and how they can cause us to feel like something that we are not. Our emotions are critical to recognize in how they can misguide us and cause us to do something that we would later regret. This happens in all aspects of life from buying something that we do not need, from saying something that we should not say, doing something that we should not do, and even quitting on something because we feel that we can do no more.

When we allow our emotions to guide our lives it is very easy to become suppressed and lose the direction which God provides. This world is full of pressures that come from every corner and when we do not teach our children how to handle their pressures in the Word of God through the self discipline that is required to maintain what we have been given then we are only setting our children up for a hard road in the future.

Teaching does not only come in books but in the example of how we live our lives in this world. When God gives us the gift of our children it is our responsibility to not only provide for them but to teach them in our words and actions how to rise above the hardships that we encounter from time to time to eliminate any divisions that can cause a separation within the body. When we begin to look at every human being as a creation of God then this helps us to look past what we physically see and this displays to others in whom we believe.

I challenge every reader that reads this message to take a step forward in faith to break down the barriers which may be holding you back. Often all it takes is for one to make that first step in love to overcome where we have been and then to help others along the Way. Sometimes that first step that we take in humbling our self is all that is needed to set others free…amen

“But even more blessed are all who hear the Word of God and put it into practice.” Luke 11

Our Independence & Freedom Come From God

July 3, 2010 by admin 5 Comments

It is important to recall the spiritual objective of Satan in robbing us of our freedom which we have been given through the blood of Jesus Christ and how he wants us to live under his control to rob us of who we are as a child of God. If you open your eyes to this truth we can see how Satan has been working spiritually over the years to remove our freedom here in America within our homes, our churches and our nation through individuals that failed to recognize who they were following in their own selfish ambitions which tries to hold down others due to their own insecurities and lack of understanding in the Word of God.

The freedom which we have been given by God here in America has been under attack since the formation of this country and due to our complacency in the Word of God we have allowed Satan to make a stronger foothold in this nation by trying to please the people and ourselves instead of our Father In Heaven. Our freedom comes in our freewill which we have been given by God in the choices which we make, and if we are not careful to recognize the spiritual traps of Satan whos main objective is to rob us of our own Independence under God then we are only allowing Satan to separate us further from the truth which we know.

When we do not understand how to trust in God and follow our heart then we become very vulnerable to the spiritual control of Satan. One of the most deceptive ways that Satan likes to misguide us is in the spirit of power due to the impact on the people. The spiritual deception that comes in influence and power is a very strong spirit that can ultimately lead to destruction if we are not careful to understand what is taking place under God. Once we recognize what is taking place it is our position to speak the truth in love and do our jobs to the best abilities which we can while trusting in God to make a way for our children to move forward. There is something that each one of us can do to make a positive difference in the life of another and if we are not seeking God for our direction and using our blessings that He has given to serve His will instead of our own then we need to ask ourselves what we are really doing for our children’s future?

In the freedom which God has given us it is also vital that we understand the purpose of self discipline that is taught in the Holy Bible in order to maintain what we have in our homes and in our nation. Without God man can not handle power and without the love of Jesus in our hearts we lose touch with the people! Learning to trust in God is a simple but difficult thing to do in our flesh. Because in the flesh we have fears of losing control rather than learning how to advance in the Kingdom of God by allowing Him to hold things together rather than us trying to do it ourselves.

It is the Lords’ will that we all learn how to love one another for who we are under God with Him in front while each one of us learn how to work together as One in the love of Jesus Christ to serve His will instead of our own. I challenge every reader that reads this message to recognize the spiritual deception of Satan that takes place when we try to control our circumstances in life without allowing the love of Jesus to hold it all together…amen

How To Maintain Our Freedom

June 26, 2010 by admin 1 Comment

When we do not understand how to trust in God and follow our heart then we become very vulnerable to the spiritual control of Satan. One of the most deceptive spirits of Satan is the influence of power which can lead to a controlling spirit when we don’t understand the Word of God. Within this controlling spirit of Satan its’ main objective is to rob us of our spiritual freedom that we have been given through the blood of Jesus Christ in order to suppress the love that we carry and to keep us from being who we are as a child of God.

It is important to recall the main objective of Satan in robbing us of our freedom and wanting us to live under his control because this is how he receives his influence and power. If you open your eyes to this truth we can see how Satan has been working spiritually over the years to control our homes, our churches and our nations through individuals that failed to recognize who they were following in their selfish ambitions which enslaved the people. Our freedom comes in our freewill which we have been given by God in the choices which we can make, and if we are not careful to recognize the traps of Satan which can suppress us in our decisions then we could be setting ourselves up to be robbed of the joy which we carry in Christ.

The spiritual deception that comes in influence and power is a very strong spirit that can ultimately lead to destruction if we are not careful to understand what is taking place under God. Many people have been robbed of their freedom because of how others have failed to live in love and trust God to hold things together instead of themselves. There isn’t a one of us that have never had to face some type of fear when speaking the truth, but when we can’t share what we know in our hearts to be true with one another in love then we need to ask ourselves who we are really falling to.

In the freedom which God has given us it is vital that we understand the purpose of self discipline under God in order to maintain what we have. Without God man can not handle power and without the love of Jesus in our hearts we lose touch with the people! Learning to trust in God is a simple but difficult thing to do in our flesh. Because in the flesh we have fears of losing control rather than learning how to advance in the kingdom of God by allowing Him to hold things together rather than us trying to do it on our own.

Throughout the Word of God He teaches us to respect every position while allowing the Lord to guide us in the spirit to reach our destinations to serve His will instead of our own personal desires. It is the Lords’ will that we all learn how to love one another for who we are under God with Him in front while each one of us learn how to work together as one in the love of Jesus Christ to reach our destinations in life.

Until we learn how to face our fears and share our hearts with one another in true love then we only allow Satan to hold us in a spiritual prison which robs us of who we really are as a child of God. This spiritual lesson was taught in the book of Exodus with Moses as he had to address the spirit which was causing Pharoah to harden his heart and suppress the people because of his own fears of losing them.

In life we all have to face our own types of Pharoahs in order to be set free from the spiritual bondage of Satan. These Pharaohs are not always in others but they are also our own fears that we carry deep within the inside of ourselves because we simply don’t how to speak the truth in order to be set free. In the spiritual lesson of Moses we learn how to follow God instead of man by trusting in Him to get us to the other side to help our children of tomorrow.  I challenge every reader that reads this message to recognize the spiritual deception of Satan that takes place when we try to control our circumstances in life without allowing the love of Jesus to hold it all together…amen

Love is something that comes in our freewill without being influenced by something of this world in order to just be who we are under God to serve His will and not our own…

Turn Your Weakness Into Strength

June 25, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever noticed how we get sensitive in certain areas to the point that we snap at others? We all have those certain touchy subjects in our lives when we have not properly addressed something from our past or when we know that we are simply not doing as we should. It is in our human nature to make up all kind of excuses to avoid the truth but when we learn to accept the truth in a humbled spirit and work hard everyday to maintain what God has given is when we receive the peace in knowing that we are doing the best we can.

Every single day we should be making a conscious effort to improve our health, our jobs, our relationships, and our homes in order to maintain what God has given. I challenge you to recognize & study your sensitive areas to see what needs to be done to strengthen your weaknesses rather than allowing your weakness to out do your strengths…amen

We never know our strengths until we know our weaknesses…
