Have you ever stopped to watch a flag blowing in the wind?
It moves so graciously in the freedom to no end.
As you watch the flag you will begin to see
The importance of its’ foundation
And the strength from where it stands allowing it to be free!
As the flag moves in each direction
Blowing in the wind
Begin to feel the freedom within its’ grace
And this is when you will begin to appreciate
Our freedom in this beautiful place!
There are times the flag may rest
And other times it will stand strong!
But all that really matters within the freedom of the wind
Is that the flags foundation holds to the end!
It is in this appreciation we will find
No other country in all of mankind!

The Dangers of The Last Days
When you study the book of 2 Timothy 3 on ” The Dangers of The Last Days” it is like taking a pen to a grocery list and checking off the items to see if we are ready to check out. Based on the scripture list, the basket is appearing to be full and now moving forward to that day of scanning the items under the light of Jesus Christ.
There is no question that we are coming up on a fork in the road, and either way as a true believer we should have no worries because we know the outcome. No one likes to encounter trials or hard times, but it is in these times that we can grow stronger in faith and gain rewards from the simple things in life through the love of Jesus Christ.
With all the talk and even movies trying to capitalize on the end of times we must recall that our time frame is not the Lords timing and no one knows the time nor the hour. He gave us the signs in the Word of God to help us be prepared and not to live in fear. It is our duty as a true Christian during these times to work together while helping others that are in need. Not only is it our duty to hold it together during hard times, it is our duty to never quit pushing forward and allowing the evil in this world to rob us of the joy we have…amen

Make A Positive Difference…
How many times have you struggled to improve something or make a difference in your life that will in turn make a difference in someone elses? Why is it that we allow ourselves to be robbed of doing something when we know in our hearts that it could be better for not only ourselves but for those around us?
It is so easy to leave something up to someone else and not do it ourselves because we may feel there is no hope or it is too much work to be done, and this thought process is so wrong! When we fall to this negative thinking what do you see this teaching to our children and to those all around us? We must remember in the body that all parts are to work together as one in the direction of God through Jesus Christ .
All we have to do is learn to take that first step in faith within the will of God and do the work that the Lord has put before us to make a difference in our lives that will in turn make a difference in someone else’s.
I challenge you today and every other day to commit yourself in making a positive difference that will improve something in your life and teach others how to never lose the seed of love that we carry in Jesus Christ. It is easy to wait on someone else to do something, but have you ever thought that the other person may be waiting on you?
We all wait on something and timing is important, but this is no excuse to never share or do what we know in our hearts to be true…amen

Support For Families & Prisoners
There is nothing that can describe the process for the families and for even the prisoner that are facing or going through the correction system. To know that a loved one must leave us is a feeling that can’t be explained. On the other side, to be the one having to leave the ones he or she loves is something beyond explanation unless you have experienced the pain.
If you are experiencing something with a loved one or facing a prison sentence yourself and have questions or just need support please don’t hesitate to reach out to others who can help.
So often in life we try to fix things or patch our problems ourselves because we don’t want to face them head on or our pride gets in the way and I am here to tell you that during this process you can grow stronger and even learn to appreciate the things that we so easily take forgranted. I praise God for what I went through, and for what I received in truly learning how to believe…

Real Change…
It is very easy in life to say we are going to change or correct a problem but the question is, “Do our actions follow our words?”
There is only one way to change or correct a problem and that is to get to the roots at the bottom and then work our way back up to the top! If we only work on the top without properly addressing the bottom then the change is only superficial because it will only last so long before the infected roots on the inside will consume that which is on the outside.
We can speak change all day long but if we are not willing to do the work it takes to correct our issues in life then prepare for the change to only last so long before the fall. I challenge you today and every other day to make positive changes no matter the work it takes that will in turn make something better for our children of the future…amen
