The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in Him. Nahum 2:7

Return To God To Be Restored
How sad is this in America of how far we have drifted away from properly following and serving the Lord? Spiritually Satan has misled us into a nation of not enough time when we really do have the time, and he has caused us to react in fear because we have forgotten how to trust in the Lord. Our leaders say they care but they show a total different objective because they only do what can uplift them rather than doing their jobs and properly serving the people.
This same thing has even taken place in our homes and unfortunately even in the church. Have we forgotten what life is about? Have we truly forgotten God’s Word? The Lord never told us to leave someone in the ditch and to fill our own pantries with caviar while we throw a few crackers to others! The Lord never told us to only give to those that can give back in return! The Lord never told us to separate ourselves from the sinners and He especially never told us to hate good and love evil!
Many people have come to a point of only giving time and helping those that offer something back in return. If our check is large enough or we can make someone look good in front of the people then it is no problem to buy some time for someone to listen or receive some support. Have we come to such a point in our society that we have forgotten how to truly discern between good and evil? Have we come to such a point that we have forgotten how to recognize the confirmation that we receive in our spirit when we hear the Word of God because we are so focused on what we see?
Life is not about us! It is about serving others and learning to trust in God rather than in man. How far do we have to fall before we return to God? Is the Word of God so faint in the people that it is time for us to go home? How long are we going to try and rely on ourselves before we learn to rely on God? Until we learn to turn from our ways and seek God for our direction this nation is only going to continue to face the Lord’s judgement for our disobedience!
What we have to remember is that nothing is over until God says it is over and it is our job as a true Christian to make the most out of every day that we are given to help someone else rather than ourselves! Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ displayed this example all the Way to the cross and the Word of God tells us us to never give up no matter how far we fall! All it takes is a little light in the darkness to see the Way and God will give us the strength as we learn to pray…amen
It is when we hold back that we won’t receive what God has in store…

Make A Difference For The Children’s Future
So many times in life we allow Satan to cause us to miss what God has before because we only make half hearted attempts in what we do. How can we honestly expect to achieve a goal if we are not striving mentally, physically, and most of all spiritually (daily) to reach our goals? No one ever said that our goals would come easy and God taught us every single lesson that we need in the book of Exodus in order for us to succeed.
There will be days in life that we may not see the Way and there will be other days that everyone will seem to be against us but this never means that we are alone. Throughout the message of God we are to learn to just trust in Him and to never give up because He wants each one of us to be the best we can be and that is why He sent us His Son to set us free.
I challenge you today to get up and begin to make a positive difference in someones life that will in turn help someone else. The moment we feel that we can’t make a difference is when we are doubting the Power of God and how He is the one that supplies our needs. It is very easy to lay down when we are tired but we must remember as Solomon teaches us their is a time for everything and if all we do is look upon an issue without trying to make a positive difference then what are we really teaching our children?
We are not here for ourselves, but we are here to help and serve others…

We Are All Important In The Kingdom Of God
One of the hardest things to learn in life is learning to be patient and appreciate whatever position that we are in. So many people waste their life away not appreciating where they are because they are always looking for something else beyond what they already have. Life is not about challenging one another but learning to add value to each others life by learning to work together rather than on our own. Every single position in life relies on another position and it is when we neglect this fact that we need to take a step back to really understand our position.
Where would a doctor be without patients? Where would the teachers be without students? Where would the employer be without the employees? Where would the business be without the customers? Where would the car be without the fuel? Where would the flower be without the bird to spread its seed? Where would the earth be without the sun? Or, where would we be without Jesus coming here to teach us how to be one?
Until we learn that every single part in life is just as important as the next and begin to work together as one we will only continue to miss what we already have. I challenge you to slow down and appreciate today for what it is rather than focusing on tomorrow and missing something that you have been given.
Until we can learn to be affective where are why would we honestly expect God to take us somewhere else?

True Communication Requires A Loving Spirit
One of the hardest things to do when we are trying to build something in life is learning how to listen and to trust God for the outcome. So many times we get into our feelings when something is not going our way and we allow things to build that can cause a division. Learning to communicate in a loving spirit is vital to maintain our relationships with one another and just because we may not agree with what someone else may have to say does not mean that we do not need to listen.
The Word of God teaches us that our relationships should be equally yoked because if one person carries all the load then it is only a matter of time that something could break. Each one of us have specific responsibilities to help one another reach what God has put before us in love and when we only think of ourselves then this only shows how shallow the love is that we carry. I challenge you to go the extra mile in what God has given and learn to communicate in a loving spirit to build upon what God has before you…amen
It is when we think that we have all the answers that God shows us how little we are…
