Don’t Put Off What Can Be Done Today Until Tomorrow

May 31, 2010 by admin 2 Comments

So many times in life we allow ourselves to struggle because we simply don’t do what God has instructed and we allow Satan to spiritually take us down in depression. Satan likes for us to put off what we can do today until tomorrow because he knows how weak we are in the flesh and how our minds become confused when we allow ourselves to get overwhelmed.

When we put off what needs to be done today until tomorrow our productivity in life can be set back until we learn how to take care of what we have before us. I challenge you today to learn how to prioritize your daily task to insure that you are making the most out of what you have been temporarily given.

For what are we teaching our children if we don’t know how to stay focused ourselves to reach and maintain our goals?

Who Guides Your Decisions?

May 29, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

It is very important to examine the deep roots of our intentions, our goals, and our life ambitions to insure the right spiritual seed that is guiding our path. This examination is not only important before we make our decisions but it is equally if not more important to continue throughout our commitments as we begin to build our relationships, our careers, and our missions in life.

When people don’t know God and understand how He is in full control they often make their decisions based on their own knowledge  or desires which can be driven through our emotions and selfish ambitions. Spiritually Satan wants us to make these type of decisions because he knows that when we don’t truly seek God in our decisions how easily they can be broken.

Unfortunately, in today’s society many people make decisions that are far from God in hollow religion due to the influence of monetary gain and by trusting in man instead of learning to trust our Father in Heaven. It is in our human nature to want others to rely on us but when we do this then we are misleading the people because every single individual needs to learn how to rely on God instead of trusting in man.

Through my journey in life I have learned how Satan can even mislead us even when we think that we are on the right coarse. The key to this is staying humble in the love of Christ without allowing pride to separate us from the people. There was once a point  that I would not listen to others because I thought that I had all the answers but there came a point that I had to learn a valuable lesson in allowing God to bring things together rather than trying to do it on my own.

It is very wise to listen and then go to God in prayer before we make our decisions in life to prevent us from acting in our emotions which can cause a division within the body. The Lord speaks in many different ways to warn us, to guide us, and to help unite us but when we become so stuck in our own way then it is only a matter of time that we forget God’s way. It is important to recall that His ways are much higher than our ways and His thoughts are much higher than our thoughts.

If we seriously want to maintain what God has given us in our homes, in our careers, in our churches, and even in our nation then we must learn to work together under God with mutual respect for each individual without divisions in the body. Spiritually Satan has done a good job of causing many divisions in this world because many people want to prove their own self worth rather than just being who they are under God and allowing Him to bring things together rather than trying to do it on our own.

Throughout history we learn of many great leaders who stood up in a time of need, not for the attention, not for monetary gain, nor for their own self glory. They did not have prepared speeches but they just spoke from their heart with God guiding their actions to help encourage and unite the people. It is vital in life that we learn to stand on the truth of God to maintain what we have been given because when we take it for granted then it is only a matter of time before it will be taken away.

Every single individual has a purpose in life and we all add value to each other when we learn how to work together rather than apart. It is my sincere prayer that we put aside our differences and learn to unite for our children’s future in God’s glory rather than our own. May God be with us and give every single individual that reads this the wisdom to work together in the love of Christ to help rebuild whatever in their life that may be broken…amen

For a decision that is right in the eyes of God is one that properly serves the people first and then if it is in God’s will then He will bless the people.

With God We Can Move Mountains

May 28, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

Don’t ever think that something can’t be done because the task is too big or the problems may seem too great! With this type of mindset we are already giving victory to Satan and doubting the Power of God! It is in our human nature to shy away from major problems because we don’t want to put forth the effort that it requires to overcome the issues that we may have to face, but there comes a time that we all must face the truth.

When we learn to rely on God instead of ourselves amazing things can take place that the world may say is impossible. The Lord specializes in things that we don’t see and all we have to do is learn how to truly believe. The object to moving mountains is in our belief and then learning to take them on one step at a time. I challenge you to learn how to trust in God and commit yourself to improve something in your life that will in turn improve something in someone else’s…amen

If we don’t face the truth the truth will face us.

There Is More To Life Than What You See

May 27, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

It is very easy to become immune to the teachings within the Holy Bible and dulled with its words when we hear it spoken so often. Rather than just scanning over something or acting as if we are listening we should stop to listen to every verse and then ask the Holy Spirit to help us answer this question, “How does this apply to my life?”

There is something to learn in every aspect of life and God speaks to us in many different ways but far too often we miss what needs to be heard because have forgotten how to stop and truly listen. I challenge you today to slow down and focus on what needs to be heard to allow the Holy Spirit to guide you in your actions because you never know what the Lord might be trying to teach along the Way…amen

”When you begin to listen for God you will hear God, but unless you are listening how can you honestly expect to receive?”

Allow God To Direct Your Steps

May 26, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

No matter what your career or role in life may be, view it as God’s special calling to serve Him to discover your own purpose in life. God wants to use us right where we are to accomplish His objectives when we learn to let go of our own. Once we learn to look to God for our direction then He will show us a much bigger picture than the one we physically see.

Without God in our lives life can become very restricted to the point that if we are not careful Satan will spiritually cause us to feel as if everything is collapsing all around us. This is why so many people today are giving up and falling weak because they don’t know how to trust in God for the strength they need to overcome their issues in life. I challenge you today to look for how God can use you wherever you are and learn to serve in His picture instead of focusing only on your own… amen
