What is it in a man that intimidates another man? There are many different things that cause intimidation but one thing that trumps them all is confidence within a man.
Confidence comes from knowing that something will be achieved and only God gives us what we know. For the Lord gives us the wisdom, the strength, and the confidence to persevere to the very end. Satan on the other hand likes to intimidate or put up a front because he might appear to have what it takes on the outside but he does not have what it takes on the inside. Satan wants us to take matters into our own hands when God teaches us trust in Him rather than in man.
When something is of God it does not move in its’ conviction but humbly stands in obedience for God to see it through. Challenging a man of God or someone in authority is going against the Word of God. For the Lord is the One who gives us our positions and He is the One that is to move the people.
Satan on the other hand entices the people to move through alterior motives to divide the body and when the people don’t know the Word of God Satan will cause disruption among the people. A man should never try to earn a position out of challenging another man for this life is not about competition. It is about us being obedient and learning to be the best we can be in whatever position that God has given. No position is better than the next because it takes every single position within the body to serve the overall direction.
Many people struggle with how to handle confidence and some allow it to turn into arrogance. God gives each of us our talents and when we don’t understand who is truly in control then you will find that many people will miss use their talents for their own self gain. Satan is very clever in the spirit and he is steadily at work in trying to attack each one of us because he does not want anyone to spiritually break through or to ever succeed in their mission.
This is where it is vital for us to teach the Word of God as a whole to our children and to our grandchildren to insure that they learn to trust God instead of putting their confidence in man. This world is is not only physical but spiritual and if we do not recognize this then we are only setting ourselves up for a limited life without Jesus Christ…amen

All I can say is Amen true true.

Bart, I am in agreement with your message also. There is only one right and one wrong and this is taught in the Holy Bible and through the Holy Spirit.
No one denomination carries the key because the key is unity and harmony in the spirit of God with Jesus Christ leading the Way.
Bart Holloway says
Amen, I agree with you, we must not walk according to the world(flesh), but rather according to the spirit which our Lord Jesus gave his blessed life for us to receive when we are truly saved! We as the born again by the precious blood of Jesus Christ are the body(Church). The world we live in is of separation, division, arguments, and debate. This is why the modern Church is divided by denomination! God is of Love, Unity, Peace, and Charity, the other things I mentioned describe flesh perfectly. Man(flesh) has separated the Church by denomination, but the truth is we are one body created in Christ Jesus if were truly saved!
The Church of the world we live in today deceive people into believing that it’s all about going to their building twice a week, but the truth(word) of God does not support denominational disagreements in any way shape or form. This separation is purely of judgement one to another, it’s a were right and your wrong belief.
The truth is that we are not to argue the word of God to judgement! Jesus said, a Kingdom divided against a kingdom will come to desolation, and a house divided against a house will fall. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
Paul teaches us that there is one body, one spirit, one word, one faith, and the Apostles were of one spiritual mind and accord. This one spirit we are to walk in is the spirit Jesus gave his life for us to receive. We all owe the Lord our very lives, and when we are truly saved our hearts belong to him. We must fully give ourselves to the Lord!
Romans 12:1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 3For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. 4For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: 5So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
1 Corinthians 1:10Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
Ephesians 4: 3Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
1 John 1:5This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
We are saved by the grace of God through Faith! Faith is the substance(confidence) of things hoped for, and the evidence(conviction) of things not seen. True Bible hope has expectation in it!
