If God was to appear to you today and ask you these two questions how would you honestly reply, “Are you happy with your life and being productive with what you have been given? Or, are you always searching for something else rather than appreciating what you have?”
It is imperative to recognize why something may not be working in order for us to go the extra mile to improve our situation. The Lord Jesus plainly tells us that we can not serve two masters and this can apply to many different aspects of life. If all we do is look at what we don’t have then how can we honestly appreciate what we do have?
If there is something in your life that you would like to see improve then seek God in prayer to show you what needs to be done and be willing to commit yourself to see it through. So many times people give up when they look at the total issue because they don’t know how to trust God and take it one day at a time. I challenge you today to set goals in every aspect of your life and learn how to make a positive step forward one day at a time…amen
