Confession Brings Freedom

March 30, 2011 by admin 1 Comment

Did you know that our unconfessed sins can lead us into depression and place us in a spiritual prison? They can also cause us many different types of health issues and can have a negative affect on those around us. Our pride that causes us to hold back confession allows Satan to enter our lives in order to restrict the healing that comes in the Truth of God.

Through our confessions there comes freedom in Christ but too many times we allow Satan to hold us back because we don’t want others to see where we have been wrong. So what about what others might think! Isn’t your relationship with God more important than your relationship with man? We all make make mistakes from time to time but the object is to humble ourselves in Christ and learn from them to not repeat again.

If you are allowing the same sin to continue then I strongly urge you to examine yourself in the mirror of God. For true repentance does not repeat the same action…

Step Up To The Plate…

March 29, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever considered how we would rather avoid the consequences of our sins than to experience the forgiveness? Think about it! Does it not hurt to admit when we have been wrong? There comes a point in every individuals life that we must step up to the plate and take responsibility before it is too late. The longer we avoid this message of truth in not taking responsibility for our sins then don’t be surprised when the licks get harder.

For every day that we avoid the truth is another day that allows us to be Satans prey. Can you recall a time when you faced your sin and the healing came from within? There comes a point in every individuals life that we must recognize our wrongs so God can make them right….

In God’s Timing…

March 25, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Throughout the Word of God we are taught to make Godly decisions and to seek the Lord for the direction that we are to take. In this decision process it is wise to be patient and to evaluate all avenues to insure the road that we travel. No decision should ever be made without considering the affects on others and without recognizing the commitments in our word.

Our choices play a major roll in the lives of others and when we only think about our self then our decisions are being spiritually misled. Satan knows our human weakness and how we tend to act in our emotions and make selfish decisions. He (Satan) likes for us to make spontaneous decisions without seeking Godly council. This leads to many regrets and heartache from unplanned children, divorce, debt, murder, rape, and to marriages that are not of God.  The list goes on and on in different sins due to our spontaneous decisions.

In making a Godly decision it is wise to know that what God brings together that no man can tear apart! By keeping God in the center of our focus, our commitments are with Him where He will give us the council and the strength to carry us forward. There is always Hope with God and I pray that every individual that reads this message will seek before they act to insure the steps being taken…amen

Find Your Purpose…

March 24, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Often we think that events ” just happen” to us but as we draw closer to God’s Word we can see how God uses common occurences to lead us where He wants. It is important to evaluate all situations as potential “divine appointments” designed to shape our lives by the hand of our Father in Heaven. Think of all the good and bad circumstances that have affected you lately and throughhout your life. Can you see God’s purpose in them? Perhaps He is building a certaiun quality in you or leading you to serve Him in a new area.

There is a reason that things happen to us and the object is to not allow Satan to spiritually hold us down but learn how God can stand us up to discover our true purpose in life through Jesus Christ…For when we learn from the spiritual traps of Satan is when the Lord will make us stronger and wiser in the future…

Unity Requires Trust

March 22, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever really considered the lesson of Joshua and Caleb when they were ready to go forward into the Promised Land but the others on their team being the Israelites lacked faith in God because they could not take their eyes off of man? Think about it! If you have a team that carries specific talents and they are in their positions but fail to trust in one another then how far do you honestly expect the team to go? Could you see that the team would lack harmony due to their lack of unity?

This same principle applies in our homes, our careers and in the church. For without trust their is a constant battle for the ball and this causes many people to miss the ones that have received God’s call. It is vital to understand that we all drop the ball from time to time but what matters is how we pick the ball back up and get back in the game!

Spiritual Revelations

Don’t be like Eli in 1st Samuel and miss something that has been given by God. If you recall with Eli he did not listen because the Word of God was rare in those days and he did not recognize what was taking place until he saw the persistence of Samuel…
