God’s Word Still Stands
The Book of Instruction that was given to Moses on Mt. Sinai reveals to us God’s nature and character. At first glance, to the unbeliever this may seem irrelevant due to our high-tech world but when we dig deeper we realize that the Holy Bible still speaks to us today.
God has not changed and His principles are for all times. As people and society change we should be constantly searching for ways to apply the principles of God to our present circumstances. It is easy to now see here in America the results of removing our focus God and when we look at history from the fall of Rome to the rise and fall of Israel we can witness the parallel to America today.
May God forgive us of our national sin and it is my humbled cry that God will raise up Godly leaders that are prepared to serve the people instead of themselves. In addition I pray that God will give the people the eyes and ears to recognize the Truth on the inside instead of judging someone based on the outside…amen
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever…For He is the Truth, the Way and the Light…

Walk In The Light…
Have you ever noticed that resistance often comes from fear and lack of faith? Think about it! Like learning to walk a tight rope and taking your first step. Within our bodies we can feel every muscle trying to lock up and if we are not careful our minds can be overcome with doubt. The only way to combat the resistance is with our belief and faith in God. For what God brings us to He will bring us through and the object is to recognize His desire for our lives instead of our own.
If God is for us who can be against us? Never give up on what you know in your heart and learn to trust in God as you learn to balance your life while being anchored to the cross of Jesus Christ. There is a time coming here in America and here now where the resistance of the darkness is going to intensify and the only way to combat the darkness is to turn on the light. Is your light on? Is your candle burning? It is wise to check the oil in the lamp to insure the capability of going the extra mile…

A Balanced Life…
In Luke 11 Jesus addresses a woman in the crowd who asked God to bless His mother Mary but Jesus replied saying,”But even more blessed are all who hear the Word of God and put it into practice.” Within this message of Christ He is teaching us a higher level of blessing and maturity with God. For Mary was only being obedient as she gave birth to Jesus and she recognized that her obedience brought the blessings.
When we learn to put into practice God’s Word and listen for His voice to guide our direction this is when we learn how to maintain our balance as we simply follow God’s commands. The Lord blesses us in many ways every single day that we are given and within this gift of the day we should be putting into practice God’s Word. He instructs us to be a light in the darkness for without the light how would we ever see the Way???

Can You Imagine?
Learning to live and work in love is something that we have to balance daily. For it is when we take our eyes off of the rock that holds us up is when we should be thanking God for the anchor that never lets us go. Lets take this a little deeper for more clarity. Can you imagine a tight rope that is fastened to a rock that will not move? Can you imagine this line in a big room with the end no where in sight but being blinded because the light is so bright?
Now imagine the room filled with an aroma as mist in the air. This gentle mist represents the love of God that is everywhere. As you walk the line in life learning to balance we are to enjoy the love of God that fills the room. There is nothing like learning to balance our life with the Lord and feeling His presence as He carries us forward.
God taught us from the very beginning through the Israelites on the importance of walking in love and what happens when we sit around complaining and taking what we have forgranted. Praise God today for everything that you have whether it is just the clothes on your back, the roof over your head or for the air that you breath. Let people see the light that is within you by allowing Gods love to flow without placing your lamp in a corner for no one to see.
Here is a song by Mercy Me that displays the love of God within a father and his son. This video shows how we are to go the extra mile in order to help someone else smile. For it is the glow within our heart in where it all starts. Enjoy this song I Can Only Imagine and may you feel the touch of God and spread it to others…Amen
