All Things Are Possible With God

December 20, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever had an inner passion to drive you but along the way others only continued to discourage you due to their own lack of belief in the power of God? Have you ever been in a home where your own relatives beat you down when  you were only trying to stand up for what was right in the love of God? Have you ever been under a teacher in school who told you could not make it because you were not good enough? Have you ever had someone to count you out or look down upon you due to your background or your lack of worldly education? Has anyone ever discredited you due to your weak financial state? Or, have you ever simply felt inadequate due to your weak relationship with the Lord?

There is no worse feeling than to have a passion that you know has been given by God and for it to be constantly stepped on due to man. This morning the Lord has placed on my heart to tell you this,”It does not matter where you have been or how many times you have fallen! All that matters is that you keep on picking yourself up and wiping the dust from your feet while seeking God to show you the Way!”

 For the Lord says;

Jeremiah 32:27,” I am the LORD, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?  Zechariah 8:6  this is what the LORD Almighty says: “It may seem marvelous to the remnant of this people at that time, but will it seem marvelous to me?” declares the LORD Almighty. And in Matthew 19:26,”But Jesus beheld [them], and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.”

Never allow the world to discourage you or rob you of your inner passion and feel as if you can never reach your goals! The world is a rough sea but when you learn to trust in God and simply believe then He will send that fish that will help you reach the other side. I don’t care how dark your life may seem or how weak you may feel place your Trust In The Lord For He Is REAL!!!!

Bullies Use Fear To Feed Their Weakness

December 18, 2010 by admin 3 Comments

Have you ever stood at the edge of a pond that was frozen and left one foot on solid ground while placing your other foot on the ice to test its strength? Once you felt the strength of the ice did you make a step of faith in lifting your other foot to stand on the frozen pond? Can you recall the uncertainties of stepping on the ice and the relief that was gained once you realized the ice was strong enough to hold you up?

Here is another interesting part of stepping into the unknown. Did you calculate the risk before you took the step? Were you certain of the steps that you took due to the wisdom that God had given you on how to walk on the ice? Could you tell when you had pushed it to the edge and it was time to not go any further while you waited on God to make the way to reach the other side?

Did you insure that someone you trusted was close by in case you needed a helping hand? Was there someone behind you in your walk on to the ice or were they to scared of the unknown so they just stood on the bank to watch you in case you were to fall? How far were you willing to go out on the ice even if you had to go alone? Were you willing to go all the Way to reach the other side? Or, did you lose hope and give up the first time you fell?

Now lets look at this in another light. If you saw a child abandoned on the frozen pond and being held captive in fear how far would you be willing to go to help rescue that child from their captivity? What if a bully was out on the ice pushing that weak child out further from safety and causing them to cry out to God to set them free? Would you be willing to risk your own life for the sake of another?

This is exactly what Jesus did for you and me. He went into the unknown and reached the other side in giving His life for ours. The captivity and spiritual bondage of Satan had to be broken from the bullies that were causing the water to freeze because they simply failed in how to believe. See spiritually Satan  does not want to see us skating on the ice and having fun in the freedom of Jesus Christ so he in turn works through others to hold us back in suppressing our joy. Jesus spoke against this to the Pharisees and to the world to deliver a message of spiritual freedom and the obedience that comes in true love.

When someone is being bullied or controlled by another individual due to evil spirits or selfish motives which are misguiding their actions, this is often due to their own insecurities and lack of knowledge between good and evil. This happens in every age of life from the young to the old due to the deceptive spirit of Satan that develops in power and in our sinful nature of trying to be the one in control. Popularity, prosperity and power that are driven by selfish ambitions or lets say by Satan are very dangerous spirits that can grow out of control as a child matures into an adult.

It never fails though in evil only prevailing for a short time before God sends His justice and for the good to overcome the bad. Look at Hitler or Saddam Hussein for instance in how their spiritual misguidance not only destroyed the lives of others but it eventually brought their own destruction back in return. This lesson was taught in Esther 7:10, “So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king’s wrath pacified.”

Satan uses fear tactics through individuals who do not know how to trust in God to control an environment and through individuals who fail to realize that we are accountable for our words and actions. The spiritual deception that can develop in someone that does not understand what the Word of God teaches in obedience and self control is vulnerable to Satan simply because they do not realize that true love brings obedience in our homes, in our schools and in our nation.

For instance,  look at Kim Jong-il the leader of  North Korea and the fear that he places upon his own people and surrounding countries due to lack of seeking peace out of love verses maintaining his position out of fear. This is why it is so vital that we teach our children the self discipline and love that is taught in the Holy Bible to maintain our homes and our country. For without the discipline of God man can not handle power! The object is knowing when and when not.

This same lesson of spiritual misguidance by Satan that tries to suppress the children of God has been repeating itself since the beginning of time. Good will always overcome evil even though we might not be the ones to see it at the time. For the lessons learned in the disobedience to God help us to develop a better and stronger foundation for our children’s future.

If America does not Wake Up to these spiritual facts and return to God in repentance for our national sin then we should not be surprised in what is sure to come in the discipline of God. Discipline comes to make us stronger and to remind us of our dependancy on God and not on man. It is imperative in life to stop and listen maintain our balance before we stumble and fall.

Life is not that hard when we learn who is in control and how to follow as the Lord directs.

How Deep Is Your Love?

December 8, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever stepped on a frozen body of water and played on it as a child? Do you recall the sounds of the ice cracking as you applied more weight to the ice? Depending on the depth of the ice the sounds of the ice cracking can vary due to the amount of pressure that is applied. The object is when you are stepping on the ice to recognize the depth of the frozen water to insure just how far you can go. Because the further we travel on the ice in this world it can get thinner unless it is solid to the core.

This same principle is taught in the Word of God to help us fill our hearts with God’s love and to help us develop a solid foundation. For when we allow the love of Jesus to fill our hearts and soul, His love then spreads from the inside and should be reflecting on the outside. For instance the way we react shows the depth of our love and the trust that we place in the Lord. This is why some people crack when they hear the Truth and snap back out of spite instead of out of love and understanding.

So the next time you face something that is uncomfortable in your spirit learn when to apply pressure and when not to insure that you don’t fall into something that could take you under. This battle is not of flesh and blood it is between the spirits that guide us in our words and actions. Dealing with this world is like walking on ice and it is our place to teach in love with humility and strength in God’s Word…Amen

Be An Victor Not A Victom

December 6, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

God’s Word teaches us in Ephesians 4,”To always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of our love. In making allowance for one another this means that we are to pick up the slack when something gets missed in love without allowing bitterness to build in our spirit.

By learning to pick up the slack when others fall behind this teaches others to do the same. Don’t allow Satan to spiritually rob you and cause you to just sit around and complain. Too many times we allow Satan to spiritually keep us in the wilderness because we fail to recognize how to walk out of the forest. If there is something or someone that is causing you to travel in circles learn to do what it takes to be set free.

We all have different strengths as well as weaknesses and it is our place in the love of God to learn how to work together in the spirit of the Lord without allowing Satan to spiritually hold us back…Amen

For where I am weak you are strong and when we can go no more is when God steps in…

Self Evaluation…

December 2, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

If you were to do a self evaluation today what would you see? Would you see anger or gentleness? Forgiveness or unforgiveness? Mercy or very little mercy? Trust or distrust? Joy or sadness? Direction or no direction? Motivation or no drive? Would you find your life full of life or does it appear to be lifeless?

There is no excuse not be happy nor is there any excuse to allow our lives to become dormant. In spite of whatever circumstances that we are going through it is important to understand that they are temporary if we are seeking God for the direction to overcome. This is how we discover joy in our trials because everyday is an adventure to reach the eternal destination.

If you have joy let others see the reflection of your joy without trying to push it on them or doing something in show. Light reflects in the darkness without force and penetrates the inner chambers of our souls. It is good to seek within the dark caves that are within us to allow the light of Jesus Christ to remove what is wrong and simply replace it with what is right.
