Stand With Jesus Or Fall With Satan

September 30, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

Throughout the Holy Bible the Lord teaches us to stand strong in faith and to be to obedient to God’s Word. No where does it teach us to be complacent and allow things into our lives or into our homes that are not right by God due to the destruction that is destined to follow. When we allow what is simply wrong to take place over what is right our lives fall into a spiritual bondage of Satan that only takes us deeper away from the Truth until we learn how to speak what we know in our hearts.

True love does not always give us everything we want because in our human nature we often seek things that we do not need. For instance do you give your children everything they ask or do you teach them how to have patience and earn their rewards? One of the hardest things to learn is the balance that is required in true love due to the self discipline that is a must and the teaching that is required in time to maintain what we have received.

At no point in the walk of Jesus did he allow the world or Satan to influence His decisions or redirect the coarse in His life. Do you know the coarse in your life? Has it been redirected by something in this world instead of following what you know in your heart? Has Satan spiritually enticed you to chase the world instead of staying on coarse with God? Has the trap of the world placed you in the bondage of debt because of the lack of being obedient in the Word of God?

I am here to tell you that there is Hope no matter the coarse that you are on. The first step of action is first recognizing where we are to see where we need to be headed and then one step at a time God will bring us back home…Amen

Pray Before You Act…

September 29, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

There is something very important for us to recognize in the difference between acting in our emotions and being led in the Spirit. Our emotions are easily deceived when we do not know how to recognize the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Satan. Spiritually Satan preys in our emotions and often causes us to act in ways that we later regret. This is why it is so important for us to study the Word of God to receive the discernment in the spirits to see beyond our current emotions and to learn how to place our trust in God instead of in man.

This lesson of our human nature was taught in the crucifixion of Jesus Christ with the crowd that murdered our Lord and Savior. They fell to acting in their emotions without trusting in God to work it all out. The same thing happens in our life today of jumping to conclusions without seeking the council of God to guide us in our trials in life. Have you ever acted in your emotions and later regretted something you may have said or that you may have done? I challenge you today to analyze your emotions before you act to insure that you later won’t be hanging from a tree due to the decisions which you make…amen

Are You Gambling At The Cross?

September 28, 2010 by admin 1 Comment

On the day that Jesus Christ was hanging on the cross for our sins and to provide the Way for us to return home there were men at the foot of the cross throwing dice and gambling as if this life had no meaning. They had no regard nor respect for the life of Jesus in fact they mocked Him with accusations and words.

What is the difference between us today in gambling our daily lives with no meaning nor purpose as these soldiers were doing at the foot of the cross? Are we not showing the same disrespect to Jesus for what He did for us when we lie, cheat, gossip, and suppress the poor? What is the difference between these soldiers at the foot of the cross in making false accusations about others when we do not know the Truth? What is the difference in these soldiers at the foot of the cross than us when we put our own desires in front of others?

This is what is laying heavily on my heart; “Do we need another crucifixion of Jesus Christ or was the first enough?” Everytime we mistreat others and only think of ourselves we might as well be gambling with the soldiers at the foot of the cross. I challenge you today to not gamble your life away at the foot of the cross and learn how to serve others in order to serve God instead of driving in the nails on the cross..amen

Don’t Drive The Nails…

September 27, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

In the book of Matthew 27 in the persecution of Jesus Christ we learn a very valuable lesson with King Pilate in learning to stand for what is right by God instead of following the Kings actions and allowing the people to misguide his decision. The King new Jesus was innocent but failed as a man and as leader to rebuke the crowd in the name of the Lord and this led to the crucifixion.

This event was all part of God’s plan to teach us and save us from the pitts of Hell but this lesson is also here to teach us how to stand for what is right by God in our homes and in our nation. When we fail to stand in love for what is simply right by God there is suffering and bondage that takes place due to trying to please the people instead of being obedient to God.

Are you easily swayed with the world? Do you allow the gossip of others to form your opinions? Or, do you love thy neighbor as thyself and place your trust in God instead of following man? Did you know that every time that we say something negative of another that we are only driving the in the nails on the cross? I challenge you today to learn how to stand in the love of Jesus without allowing the world to sway what you know in your heart…amen

The Art Of Forgiveness

September 24, 2010 by admin Leave a Comment

1 John 2:9 ” He who says he is in the light and hates his brother is in darkness until now.” Are you easily frustrated by the inevitable shortcomings of others? Are you a prisoner of bitterness or regret? If so, perhaps you need a refresher course in the art of forgiveness . If there exist even one person, dead or alive, whom you have not forgiven (and that includes yourself) follow God’s commandments and His Will for your life by forgiving that person today.
Remember that bitterness, anger, and regret are not of part of God’s plan for your life but Forgiveness is. Think about it; Doing an injury puts you below your enemy; Revenging makes you equal with him; Forgiving sets you above the enemy!

The art of forgiveness is what sets us free…

Spiritual Revelations

Don’t be like Eli in 1st Samuel and miss something that has been given by God. If you recall with Eli he did not listen because the Word of God was rare in those days and he did not recognize what was taking place until he saw the persistence of Samuel…
