A Balanced Life…

August 8, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever considered the necessity of self discipline in order to maintain what God has given? As a child of God we often fail when we do not know how to apply the Word of God to our lives and allow God to direct our steps. Have you ever experienced something in your life that sounded good at first but turned out to be a burden later or have you ever felt pulled in so many different directions that you lost your way?

Learning to balance our lives requires self discipline without being driven by our emotions. Before we can even begin to balance we first must know how to stand and understand the principles of balance while keeping our eyes focused on where we are going. Don’t ever allow Satan to bring confusion in your life about dicounting the importance of balance because balance does not mean we are to sit still but we are to insure the steps that we take.

There is a time to run. A time to walk. A time to skip and a time to rest. As there is a time to work. A time to play. A time to stop. A time to plan and a time to move again. Learning to balance our lives was taught through the life of Jesus by teaching us to have no fears of a fall and the importance of walking the line. If we don’t know how to stand then how will we ever learn to walk and if we don’t know how to walk then how does this show up in our talk? For there is a line to follow but if we don’t have self control then how can we ever expect to reach the other side?

“And the Lord said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, a plumbline. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel.” Amos 7:8

Judgement Is At Our Feet Here In America…

August 2, 2011 by admin 1 Comment

Recently the Lord gave me a powerful dream & understanding. This dream is one of many and will register in every believers spirit as they take the time to read. The dream started out with me walking up to a cattle gap that led to a pasture. As I walked up to the gap where the young calves were pushing against the fence and the gate I noticed another pasture that was adjacent to the one that contained all of the calves.

The field that was adjacent to the property that contained the young cattle was beautiful with rolling hills and meadows along with plenty of food to eat. The pasture in which the cattle now stood was flat and bare with a large home in the middle of the lot. The cattle were all one breed and as I stepped forward the gate opened automatically and the young calves began to walk out one by one. They first surrounded me with some nudging my side as they left the captivity they were in. There was no fear in the middle of all these calves and they appeared to be thankful and displayed this in their gentle nudges of love.

After surrounding me for a brief time the calves began to walk on and when I turned to see where they were headed I noticed a long narrow road that took them to new fields in their freedom. Then after seeing them move on I then appeared inside the home that was in the middle of the lot where the young calves once stood. The home was beautiful and bold but there was vacancy in the air for there was no love in the home . As I entered the home I felt the presence of a lady that I once knew that was active in a church but driven by things of this world. I noticed the winding staircase and the expensive railing before turning to see a brand new sewing machine on the counter. At the time that I saw this brand new sewing machine I thought within the spirit of my dream,”Whoever was once here tried to do what we are preparing in our ministry.”

Then the dream moved to another home with someone that I know. This individual grew up in the ways of God and knows the importance of His Word but has fallen into a state of complacency and disobedience. As I walked in I noticed a hole in the floor around 6 inches in circumference and it glowed like lava right underneath the floor of the home. I stepped on the hole in trying to stop the fire before it burnt the home and this is when I woke up.

UNDERSTANDING;

After praying for God to give me understanding and recognizing the key biblical parts of the dream this is what the Lord placed in my spirit. “See the two pastures one with a beautiful field had nothing to offer so the older generation thought so they crossed the line being represented by the fence in seeking the material things of the world. They built mansions, big buildings, filled their barns and built elaborate churches to entice the human eye. But many of these buildings are empty due to pursuing selfish desires instead of being done out of love through the Kingdom of God.

The sewing machine represented that God had given them everything to sow with but instead of learning to sow they invested in their own false idols like the golden calves at the foot of the mountain. Now that their barns are full they are empty because they never figured out out how to sow those seeds of love into someones life because they simply have lost their first love and try to attract people with the eye instead of from the heart.

The younger generation was standing at the gap ready to move because there was no love in the home. As soon as the gap was opened they began to follow the Lord in His true love that would lead them to new pastures down the road they traveled. See the calves all being of one breed is not about color or age it is about the children of God that is seeking the love of Jesus within our homes.

In visiting the second home with the fire burning through the floor this is judgement at our feet here in America due to our disobedience and complacency to the Word of God. As I stepped on the hole that was burning this represented the prayers of the remnant that is standing in the gap for the lost and the misguided.

Prayer;
Judgement is right at our feet here in America and if we do not WAKE UP to this TRUTH then God please protect those that still believe…The time is at hand to REPENT and return to GOD while sowing positives seeds that will help someone else instead of only thinking about ourselves…What God gives us is not for us to build our own tower or to fill our own barns. For it is for us to sow those seeds of love that will produce the heavenly fruit and help develop the future generations.

Lord, I pray that this message travels the roads and opens the eyes and ears of those that have gone faint to help bring others back home to you. For there is an amazing peace in the valley with rich fertile soils as we open our hearts up to you. May our hearts be prepared to receive what you have to give and be ready to serve as you direct…amen

Job 33 :14 For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. 15In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; 16Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, 17That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.

The Ramp In Hamilton, Alabama…

July 30, 2011 by admin 1 Comment

Over the past couple of years I have been following the Ramp in Hamilton, Alabama. The reason for this was the impact on the youth and witnessing the affects on immature Christians once they returned back to the watered down world. Another reason for this was for my own children and for my own responsibility as a father and man of God. I must admit in the very beginning I was skeptical and deeply concerned but now over time God has given me peace in understanding the Ramps current position and intention to edify the Kingdom of God. Within this understanding the Lord has shown me the importance of preparation and teaching obedience within the Word of God in order to maintain the fire within this watered down world. There is a Balance between fire and water and the Ramp is full of fire where many of the American churches have fallen into a trap of complacency as Eli without speaking the full gospel.

Here is a gentle warning for every parent or leader that is seeking the fire of God. Do any of you recall the rebuke upon James and John in asking about calling down the fire? The fire of God is an all consuming fire that does not destroy but is balanced by water in His love and mercy.  The Lord only sent the fire to to bring discipline and it is wise to know the difference between the fire in which we are seeking. As God taught us with Moses there was a reason that He led by cloud by day and fire by night but many without the spiritual eyes miss this lesson. For the Lord says,”Follow Jesus by day and I will keep you warm and protected by night.”

Think about it! A cloud is made up of H2O which is water and throughout the Word of God Jesus is referred to as living water, right? So, as we are taught in scripture to love thy neighbor as thyself and we are instructed to even love thy enemy this command is there not to bring division but unity. How we Honor others within our words and actions plainly shows in whom we serve and the part where I have found that the churches are slacking(not speaking of the Ramp) is the true teaching of the Word of God. Due to the lack of understanding within many leaders within the church and people in positions due to their popularity or for self recognition (like Eli’s children) this has left many of the youth in a discouraging situation when they  return from a rally on fire for God.

Another vital part to teach in the lesson of Moses is when to move and when not. This comes by being in tune with God and knowing His Word before we make a step. This lesson was taught with the Israelites after they conquered Jericho and ran out in their emotions only for some to lose their lives up ahead in Ai. Staying in tune with God requires self discipline and having the eyes to see and the ears to hear. As we speak of the fruits within the spirit of God there is another that is vital to teach and that is long suffering. Learning to trust in God when we are in bad situations are under unrighteous leadership is a vital lesson to comprehend. It is vital to understand that God despises rebellion but glows in our obedience as we learn to walk in His Word.

Why did Jesus tell the disciples before He sent them out in pairs to be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove?  The reason for this is about spiritual warfare and how we are in this world but not of this world. When young Christians are on fire for God every believer should be behind them helping to fan the flames rather than smother them out, as well as the young need to understand the fermentation process of new wine in order to not explode. Learning to walk in this world and not be of this world is a process and without these children learning about the Balance within the the fire and the water of God then they are susceptible to dwindle out in this cold world.

Personally, I James seek the army of God and help train the special forces under His command. My passion comes from a controlled fire that is disciplined of when to ignite and when not with a special power source that comes as the breath of God blows upon the coals that are always ready to ignite. It is my prayer that every person within leadership receives this message in love to help prepare their flock for the before and after of what to expect as they attend the Ramp. For those parents in concern let me urge you to be ready to take your position as a parent and having a Godly home. A Godly home requires love and discipline along with time together as a family in the Word of God to magnify His name and what He is doing in your life.

We can all sit around and pick something out about someone else that brings division but when we learn to sit back in love and focus on Jesus is what will bring healing and unity to the body. For nothing was ever accomplished until there was one mind and one spirit as they learned to work together with the body of Christ. And”Woe To Thee” who tries to suppress the movement of God without looking below the surface to hear the heart of the message. It is time that we claim Victory in Jesus and begin to live our lives as God instructs! May God raise up anointed leaders in America that are willing to STAND up and proclaim HIS WORD without any fears for our children’s future generation….Amen

Seek Your Purpose With God….

July 29, 2011 by admin 5 Comments

When we neglect to look upon our lives as farmer in a field then we often miss this purpose in life. For the world is full of many things that are here to distract us from the field that we have in order to affect the future harvest. The world likes to sell us additives to speed up the growth process but these additives have other affects that many miss due to focusing on the now instead of caring about the later.

The more we stick to the basics of fertile soil, light with daily water and learn how to have patience while trusting God to raise the crop allows a sweet taste of Heaven to be in every bite of the fruit during the harvest. Here is a question for you this morning,”What good is a farmer who looks upon the plants but holds back the work or the nutrients that are needed for the crop to reach its potential?” Blessed are those that learn to not hold back and give their all.

For a heart that is restricted is a heart that has blockage and a heart that has blockage is a heart that restricts the life that it can have…

Addressing The Seeds Of Sin…

July 26, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

In Matthew 18 the Lord teaches how to properly address a believer who sins against against you. He does not say to not speak up nor does He say to run around gossiping with everyone else but He says to go directly to that person to point out the offense. One of the hardest parts of this process is having the self control and not allowing our emotions to override God’s instruction. For the Lord say’s to love thy neighbor as thyself and that means speaking to others in tones that you want them speaking to you.

Another vital part of this message is that Jesus does not say to overlook the sin. Because He knows the consequences of a sin that is not addressed in how it can cause another stumble. Notice that Jesus said if your brother or another believer sins against you here are the instructions to follow. He did not speak of how we were to address a non believer but I have found that when a non believer does something in offense that I have simply stated to them in love that what they have done is simply not right by God. By this statement it points them to a higher accountability rather than wanting to take up a defense with myself.

This lesson is vital to comprehend and to follow. For if we leave the seed of sin planted without it being addressed then it will only manifest into something that will cause further division and separation.
