Maturing With Christ…

May 30, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

We all start out as a seed that matures in the womb. Over time the seed produces a new life that will take root of its own. Not all trees mature in the same timing for each tree has its own season. Now the fruit of the tree teaches us a wise lesson, for the juice of the ripe apple is the same that was in the green fruit but with sun- light and sun- heat.

As we begin to mature with Christ we can find that our lives are like that of a tree that is to produce fruit. For our life is to grow in the light of wisdom and softened by the heat of love. The most important factor to understand in our maturity is that we each mature in our own time and it is our responsibility to love one another. Learning to mature with Christ day by day is an awesome experience for we can taste the juice of the fruit getting better and better each day…Amen

Are You Branching Out?

May 11, 2011 by admin 1 Comment

Have you ever received the wisdom that can come as you were to look over the trees in a forest? Don’t think this is far out there because if you will open up your mind in this message you will be amazed at what you will find. Think about how a forest grows. It all starts from one tree in the middle that drops it seeds for the next tree to grow. As each tree takes life and learns how to mature while standing in love with others in the forest, can you see how each tree can help another as the winds begin to blow? Can you see the purpose of the trees supporting one another and helping each other to mature?

A tree that tries to stand on its own can only stand for so long unless it knows who is holding it up. For a tree that has shallow roots is destined to fall unless it learns how to tap the source that teaches it how to grow. Another key part of the wisdom within a forest is how it grows from the core with new growth on the outer realms. There is alot of wisdom in this message that has been given by God that should be applied first within our own life and then within every aspect in where we are. For if we are not growing from our inner core and branching out to serve others then we need to ask ourselves what we are really doing. For how lonely is a tree that never learns how to spread its seed?

The Old Is To Make Way For The New…

May 10, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever studied nature and applied the natural maturity patterns and compared them to the instruction of God? If you were to do this you would find a parallel of lessons that confirms God’s Word and they can teach us how to develop who we are. Let’s take a look at what we can learn from a white oak tree in parallel to God’s Word.

If you were to study a white oak you would find that the bark at the base of the tree is new from growth coming from the core and as it matures up the tree you can see how the old bark becomes dry and brittle. As the new growth matures it sheds the old bark as scales that need to fall in order to make new room for the tree to grow stronger in reaching for the skies.

What would happen if the old bark on the tree did not allow the new to grow? What would happen if the physical man was restricting the spiritual man that is to mature over time? What would happen if we were to hold on to something that was holding us back because we never learned how to shed the old to receive the new? What if we were hiding something within our tree that we did not want others to really see?

Now here is the object in life that was taught through Jesus Christ. As a tree matures we are to grow from our roots in appreciation for the foundation from which we stand. There should be a mutual respect between the new and the old bark of the same tree that teaches us how to work together in love without having to shed the scales of the old to make way for the new. For the family of God is part of one tree that has many parts and the object is to work together to enjoy this tree of life that lives on forever through the unconditional love of Jesus Christ…Amen

Have You Lost The Cutting Edge?

May 3, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

In 2 Kings 6 we learn a valuable lesson with Elisha and the floating axe head. We learn how the one who was chopping the tree with a borrowed axe lost the axe head off of the handle. Once he realized that he had lost what he had borrowed he called out to Elisha for help. Elisha asked the young man where he lost it and then they stood together over the place where it fell.

I want you to think about this with me in another light to better understand this message. Would you agree that what you have in your life is a gift? Would you agree that what you have has been borrowed? Now the question is, how affective is your life with Jesus Christ? Have you lost your edge in the Word of God? Do you know where or why you have lost it? Does your life appear to be like an axe without a head in making no headway in the walls before you?

Way too many times we, like the one who lost his edge, lose ours because we forget how God is the One that carries us forward. Until we learn to apply Gods Word to our lives we are ineffective as a handle hitting the tree. If you feel stumped today in problems within your home or within your work then seek God’s Word for the answers you need to move forward once again….Amen

How To Sow Seeds…

April 1, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Learning to sow seeds is very important not only in the garden but in the Kingdom. Way too many times we get in a hurry without learning how to plant. Think about it! Each individual seed is a plant by itself. This individual plant is to produce fruit for the future harvest. Where many farmers and Christians alike miss the boat is in too many plants growing in one spot and not taking the time to properly nourish the young.

For when more than one plant is sharing the same pot, if they are not careful to work together they could stunt the overall growth affecting the harvest. The object in planting seed is becoming a wise farmer that learns how to not waste what he plants. A key part in gardening is learning how to place the plants in position to reach their full potential. For what good is a fruit tree if it never learns how to bear fruit? Or, what good is a farmer without patience?

The Lord teaches us not to plant two different seeds in one field because one can take from the other. When you really seek God for this wisdom you can learn alot about how to plant in love…Make Your Seeds Count and Not Fall Dorment!!!

May His Amazing Love Touch You As He Has Touched Me… Amazing Love

Spiritual Revelations

Don’t be like Eli in 1st Samuel and miss something that has been given by God. If you recall with Eli he did not listen because the Word of God was rare in those days and he did not recognize what was taking place until he saw the persistence of Samuel…
