Evaluate Your Foundation…

July 19, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever noticed how certain things continue to reoccur in our paths and how we can’t seem to get away from them? Have you ever considered that the reason that they continue to come up is simply because Satan knows how you will fall? Every time we stumble or fall we should be recognizing what took us down in order to stand again.

It is within this process that we learn the importance of recognition and then God’s application to purge out everything that is wrong for simply what is right. We learn this lesson with Job for there was something in his life that needed to be purged even though he was a good and blameless man. Satan did not use the same tactic due to Job’s faithfulness to God but this discipline that came upon Job was there for a reason which is discovered in chapter 32.

Once Job received the Truth and learned his lesson is when he stood again and with more blessings than before. We all have lessons in life and it is how we learn to apply what we learn to the foundation in which we stand under God and then God will bless us once again…

Breaking The Repetitive Cycles…

July 18, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Cycles in life are repetitive until we learn to look within the patterns and then allow God to show us the Way. For if we continue to face a repetitive issue then there is a reason it continues to appear. The object is to break through without any fears.
Why would Satan want to use another tactic to hold us back when the very one he has before us is working? May every person that reads this message have a break through and grow deeper in the well. We serve an awesome God that only wants us to discover His Kingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven.

A Gentle Warning….

June 29, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Have you ever felt a hunger pain? Do you recall the tightening of your stomach and the craving sensations that you experienced? How about a hunger pain to reach a goal that you have been seeking within your heart? Can you recall making some wrong steps due to following your heart rather than waiting on the instruction of God?

Hunger pains are good when we learn how to wait upon the Lord for they teach us self discipline and help to develop our senses. During our hunger periods in life the devil works in many ways to throw us off course and it is wise to stay in tune with God to insure the steps which are taken. The next time you feel hungry for something maybe in a relationship, a job, for food, or for something more of God may I encourage you to take a step back and ask yourself this question,”Is God directing my steps and can I see healthy results in the decision which is being made?” If your hunger is spiritual then may I strongly encourage you to be humble enough to ask yourself this question,” Am I truly ready for the steps before me?”

Our decisions have either positive or negative affects on others and before any decision is being made seek God first to receive your answers…

Who Do You Follow?

June 16, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

To follow Christ for our own purposes would be asking Jesus to follow us — to align with us  to support and advance our own cause, not His. We must examine our motives for following Him and always remember that it is for God’s glory and not our own. Due to our sinful nature we have to be on constant alert as God begins to open doors for us to move forward. As doors open Satan is there waiting for us to come through for all he wants is for us to fall as he.

Examine the steps that you take to insure that they are being led by God. For it is much safer to know that He is in front rather than assuming that He is with us to later discover that we left Him behind…

Stand Strong With God…

June 9, 2011 by admin Leave a Comment

Are you planted in the Word of God or do you sway however the winds of the world may blow? Our life can be compared to a tree that is planted in a pot when we are not rooted  to the source that holds us up. Think about it! A tree in a pot can only grow so much due to the restrictions of the vessel and another wise point to capture is how a tree in a pot has to rely on others to feed it because it never taps the eternal food source.

If you were to look at your life today as a tree, where would you find your roots drawing their nutrients from? Would you find that your tree is resrticted due to the walls of the box that you live in? Or, would you find that your tree is healthy and reaching out daily to the light of Jesus Christ to grow stronger than before? In everyday that we are given we should be striving to increase our root system with the Lord to withstand the elements of this world. For there is nothing like learning how to stand on our own and knowing who holds us up…Amen

Spiritual Revelations

Don’t be like Eli in 1st Samuel and miss something that has been given by God. If you recall with Eli he did not listen because the Word of God was rare in those days and he did not recognize what was taking place until he saw the persistence of Samuel…
