Love is like water in a pond and if we are not careful to keep our water flowing then we could allow our pond to become stagnant. Amore è come l'acqua in uno stagno, e se non stiamo attenti a mantenere la nostra acqua che scorre poi ci potrebbe consentire a nostro stagno di diventare stagnante. There are two parts in life that we must recognize to keep our love in balance and one is our input as well as the other is our output. Non ci sono due parti nella vita, che dobbiamo riconoscere a mantenere in equilibrio il nostro amore e uno è il nostro input così come gli altri è la nostra uscita. For one without the other allows our ponds to become cloudy and even to the point that we could miss some vital nutrients which is given in needed time. Per uno senza l'altro permette ai nostri stagni diventa opaco e fino al punto che si potrebbe perdere alcuni nutrienti vitali che è indicata in tempo necessario.

If you were to look back at your goals for this past year what would you see? How would you rank yourself in your level of commitment to whatever you set out to achieve? Se si dovesse guardare indietro i tuoi obiettivi per questo anno passato cosa vedi? Come rank voi nel vostro livello di impegno per qualunque cosa di cui a raggiungere? It doesn't matter our age or our circumstances in life when we are committed under God to make a positive difference and overcome where we have been. Non importa l'età o le nostre le nostre circostanze della vita in cui siamo impegnati in Dio, a fare la differenza in positivo e superare in cui siamo stati. For if it is in the Lord's will it will be done, but in His timing and not in ours. Perché se è nella volontà del Signore, sarà fatto, ma nei suoi tempi e non nel nostro. Every year that we are given we should be looking to improve and maintain something in our life to insure our children's future. Ogni anno che ci è dato dovremmo cercare di migliorare e mantenere qualcosa nella nostra vita per assicurare il futuro dei nostri figli.

Are you in shape both physically and spiritually? Sei in forma sia fisicamente che spiritualmente? In our society there is alot of emphasis placed on the physical fitness, but spiritual health is even more important. Nella nostra società c'è un sacco di accento posto sulla forma fisica, ma la salute spirituale è ancora più importante. Our physical health is susceptible to disease and injury but faith can sustain us through any tragedy or circumstance that we may face. Della nostra salute fisica è soggetta a malattie e infortuni, ma la fede in grado di sostenere noi attraverso qualsiasi tragedia o circostanza che si possono incontrare.
To train ourselves to be holy, we must develop our faith by using our God given abilities in serving one another to develop our spiritual muscles as Jesus taught us in the Holy Bible. Per addestrare noi stessi ad essere santi, dobbiamo sviluppare la nostra fede mediante le nostre capacità data da Dio a servire l'un l'altro a sviluppare i nostri muscoli spirituali, come Gesù ci ha insegnato nella Bibbia. In the book of Daniel we are taught a major lesson on the foods we consume and how they can affect our relationship with God. Nel libro di Daniele ci viene insegnato una lezione importante per i cibi che consumiamo e come possono influire sulla nostra relazione con Dio. Our society as a whole has fallen into over consumption and eating unhealthy foods that have affected us physically which in turn hurts us spiritually. Della nostra società nel suo complesso è caduto in più di consumo e di mangiare cibi non sani, che hanno colpito fisicamente che a sua volta fa male a noi spiritualmente. It is easy to eat and then diet but real discipline which comes from God is learning to balance your diet in a healthy manner that will give you positive results mentally, physically and best of all spiritually. È facile da mangiare e poi la dieta, ma vera e propria disciplina che proviene da Dio, è imparare a bilanciare la dieta in modo sano che vi darà risultati positivi mentalmente, fisicamente e spiritualmente migliore di tutti.
Temptations come from all directions and until we recognize how to control ourselves {....} Tentazioni provengono da tutte le direzioni e fino a quando ci rendiamo conto di come controllare noi stessi {....}
