The time is right before us that the spiritual bondage of Satan is going to be shaken! There is a movement coming that is going to roll like thunder, twist like tornadoes and blow like the wind due to the movement of God. During this time of God’s movement there will be a large resistance from the darkness of the world but Jesus says,” Have faith as a mustard seed in trusting God and the waves will not overtake your ship.”
Everyday we encounter barometric changes within our spiritual being that can affect our state of mind unless we are anchored to the cross of Jesus Christ. Without knowing how to trust God when changes come our way we often allow Satan to spiritually enter our minds because we simply don’t understand what is taking place. This often causes us to feel as if we are losing control due to looking for answers in the physical instead of recognizing what is taking place in the spiritual. At this stage of change and lack of understanding it can be a good thing because then we are learning how to deepen our faith in simply trusting God by letting go of whatever is holding us back to be shaped in the hands of our Creator.
Why is it that we have fear when storms or change are in the horizon? Is it because we are not prepared or is it simply because we are not anchored in Christ? To be anchored we must embed ourselves in the Word of God for our roots to be entrenched in the depths of our foundation and locked to the Rock of Jesus Christ. As changes occur in the atmosphere they also occur in our spirits between one another until we learn how to love each other for who God has set us out to be.
Storms can occur in our spirits when we allow something to brew over time due to our lack of communication in love or when we allow another spirit of darkness to fight with the light of Jesus Christ. Often spiritual storms can be avoided if we would just learn to be humble and receptive to hear God’s Word. The longer we contain the spirit within us without learning how to let it flow in the love of God this causes the pressure to build until the point of release. The object is learning how to release in the love of God without allowing the pressure of our emotions to misguide our actions as Moses did when he struck the rock.
As one cloud unites with another cloud without knowing how to release the rain a storm can build to a point that can be as destructive as a hurricane. This same principle takes place in our spirits when we unite with others due to the momentum that is gained when the spirits join together as clouds just before a rain. When united in Christ we stand in love but if we allow our emotions and fears to mislead our actions then we get tossed around in the winds of the world. Can you see the relation to the tears that we hold back from our internal pains or from the tears that come when the Truth is being held back in the Word of God? Or, can you see the Power in the spirit of God that is gained when we learn how to unite in the love of God with respect for each part of the body in obedience to God’s Word?
There is unity, harmony, strength and security in the spirit of God when we learn to join together in the unconditional love of our Father in Heaven. For as long as we allow our spirits to question everything that is taking place without trusting the Lord daily for our direction then the atmosphere in which we live in will feel pressured and uncertain. Holding back the spirit within us can be dangerous until we learn how to let it go and turn it over to our Father in Heaven above. Not only is it dangerous when we hold back our trust in God but it also restricts us from moving forward to where the Lord wants to take us in the inner peace of His Kingdom.
The Word of God tells us not to suppress the spirit of the Lord and for us to develop our senses through the Word of God. It is important to recognize the differences between the love of God that falls like a gentle mist and the storms that build due to our lack of understanding how to release in His love. There is alot that can be learned in the wisdom of nature and the atmospheric pressures of this world when we open our eyes and ears to hear the Spirit of the Lord. God still speaks today in ways that we often miss because we simply don’t know how to listen…I can hear that thunder in a distance, can you? There is a train coming and we can feel it in the trembling of our bones as it is coming around the bend…Amen

Russ Hinds says
Preparing for the storm. We must be prepared for what is coming. We have been ill-prepared for too many decades, which is likely the cause of what is coming. Certainly a nation such as ours is due for a judgment, but this is the time when the remnent will draw near to God. The darkness is so thick, that anyone who loves the Truth can see the dangers ahead.
–
So here is an observation to encourage my brothers and sisters and equip them with the understanding needed in order to draw near to God and know the Truth, Jn 8:31,32.
–
Mt 18:3 And he said: “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 18:4 Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 18:5 “And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.
Like you, I have memories of an innocent childhood. I have memories of attending school and learning how to relate to friends. We also observe the misbehavior of others while we form our understanding of right and wrong. We learn, but we learn according to our own “self” which is our heart and mind. This is the natural way. Our “self” learns according to what we are exposed to. Unfortunately, my exposure to scripture and righteous role models was lacking, however, my “self” preferred to do the right thing, to not injure others. In my case it went as far as sticking up for the weak when bullies started abusing them. I was an innocent child, as we all are at some point in our lives.
–
But, at some point, we lose our innocence. We submit to the temptation… We let “self” be our guide as we follow what is normal. For boys, “normal” is usually girlfriends, conquest, “becoming a man.” In our schools, this is completely normal. It is encouraged, and peer pressured… This shouldn’t be reality, but it is…
–
Sin stunts our spiritual growth. We learn to follow “self” rather than Truth and love of God and neighbor. In the case of church going children who have made this fall, we remain infants in Christ (lovers of ourselves). We are stuck in the middle between light and darkness. We have some Truth in us, but we do not mature or fully understand it. We fail to find the kingdom of heaven, the “treasure in the field,” thus we don’t become equipped to pass on His kingdom to our offspring. Our churches decline…
–
As young adults entering into society and the work force, we encounter people, our elders, whom we are taught to respect. We filter what we learn from them through our “self” understanding, but the “self” understanding is not mature. We are too often not equipped to recognize error and lies. We believe our elders when we like what we hear, or fail to recognize the error and where it can lead. Too often the grace of God is accepted as comfort while we remain in sin, comfortable, unchallenged, and blind.
–
Now, among the “elders” in our society are those who really are enemies of the Truth. They lie. They mislead in order to control. They build themselves up for your vote. They seek power over others and their names on buildings, parks, and roads. Even in our pulpits, men decieve. They seek comfort, too. They do not wish to offend with the Truth because it jeopordizes their salary. In this time of the end, when we have and explosion of information, we have elders and a pulpit who do not know how to lead, teach, and protect the flock. In this time of great delusion we need wise, loving, courageous, teachers, professors, lawyers, judges, and politicians… like America’s pilgrim founding fathers. Our founding fathers cherished the written word, and the Bible was the first book in their library, the Book through which all other books and political pamphlets were judged. Today, we don’t teach our children to study the Bible like our founding fathers studied it. Today, the Truth is overwhelmed by the volume of error in our culture, media, schools, and communities. Are your guests at your BBQ staying too long? Bring out a Bible, and watch them head for the door so that you can go to bed…
An anecdote that ocurred yesterday:
My wife purchased some hamburger at the grocery store. In the package, it was a beautiful pink color, but when she opened it to place it in 1lb freezer bags the inside was brownish gray. We could see clearly how deep the dye had penatrated the outer layer. She took it back to the store and asked to speak to a butcher for an explaination. He began to say that the meat turns brown from the inside first. He lied, but he thought he could fool an infant. He was an older man who should have known better than lying, but he didn’t care. My wife was not gullible and trusting of this man. It was interesting, and it is interesting to point out that “elders” in positions of power and in government know nothing except the lie. They try to sway public opinion in their favor and cover their rear, their lies.
So, here is an infant church, unable to separate the lies from the Truth. We look around for someone to teach Truth and lead and earn Trust, but few are they. “Few are they that find it,” Mt 23:13 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees (hireling preachers), you hypocrites! You shut the kingdom of heaven in men’s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.
–
To be prepared, we must die to self and seek the Truth. “Self” is not the guide, “lean not on your own understanding.”
To be prepared, we must not rely on men, elders. That is what has brought us to the brink of serious judgment, the storm around the corner.
BUT GOD HAS PROVIDED THE WAY, FOR THOSE WITH NOBLE AND PURE HEARTS. THEY WILL “SEE GOD” AND TRIM THEIR LAMPS. They will be able to see in the darkness of the storm.
Seek the Truth for yourself and do it. Teach and protect your loved ones. Rebuild your churches and take your children out of the government schools. We have had one and half feet in the world for too long. Find men of Truth, for the others will perish, 2Th 2:10 and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.
BE PREPARED! Become like a child seeking the Truth of their Father. Jesus payed the price we need to return to the innocence of a child. The Truth will set us free, there is nowhere else to go. AND IT IS TREASURE TO FIND HIS KINGDOM! We store up treasure in heaven by sharing the love and righteousness in His kingdom with others, family, friends, and neighbors. Grow your faith taking steps to confirm it in your mind. Be courageous noble andd pure hearts.
Blessings,
Russ
