God Has Placed A Diamond Within You Gud har en Diamond Within You

I once heard a story of a man who owned acres of land with running brooks and rolling hills. Jag hörde en gång en historia om en man som ägde tunnland mark med rinnande bäckar och böljande kullar. He decided one day to sell his land and move away to search  for diamonds in other locations. Han bestämde sig en dag för att sälja sin mark och flyttar för att söka efter diamanter på andra platser. The couple that purchased his property was walking one day over their land next to the creek when they saw something that caught their eye. Paret som köpt hans egendom gick en dag över deras mark intill ån när de såg något som fångade deras uppmärksamhet. As they reached down to pick it up they noticed the sparkle that it carried and was fascinated to the point that they brought the rock into their home and placed it on their mantle. När de kom ner för att plocka upp de märkt den gnistan som de transporterar och fascinerades till den grad att de tog stenen in i deras hem och placerat den på sin mantel.

It was a rather large rock with blemishes and even scratches on the surface but the part that caught their eye was not what they saw on the outside but what they could see sparkling on the inside. Det var en ganska stor sten med fläckar och även repor på ytan men den del som fångade deras uppmärksamhet var inte vad de såg på utsidan men vad de kunde se mousserande på insidan. For there was something about this rock that caught their attention but until they actually took the time to pick it up and study its configuration this rock still remained just an interesting piece on their mantle. För det var något med den här stenen som fångade deras uppmärksamhet, men tills de faktiskt tog sig tid att plocka upp den och studera dess konfiguration denna klippa återstod bara ett intressant stycke på sin mantel.

One day when a guest was visiting their home this rock caught  his attention also. En dag när en gäst besökte deras hem denna klippa fångade hans uppmärksamhet också. As he picked it up and studied the rock he began to polish the stone and help chip off some of the things that were attached on the outside that obstructed the view of what was on  the inside. När han tog upp den och studerade berget började han polera stenen och hjälpa chip bort några av de saker som var på utsidan som hindrade uppfattning av vad som var på insidan. This man had an eye that could recognize what type of sparkle that he was holding in his hands and when he was done polishing the stone to their surprise this stone was a diamond in the rough that went on to be one of the largest diamonds on record. Denne man hade ett öga som kunde känna igen vilken typ av glitter som han höll i handen och när han var färdig polering stenen till sin förvåning denna sten var en oslipad diamant som kom att bli en av de största diamanter på skiva .

Isn't this how life is? It is in our human nature to look everywhere else and even give up on what we have just as the original landowner did in this story who sold his land to go search for something that he already had. Är inte detta hur livet är? Det är i vår mänskliga natur att titta överallt och till och med ge upp vad vi har precis som orginalet markägaren gjorde i den här historien who sold sin jord till gå leta efter något som han redan hade. There are so many lessons in this story that we can apply to our lives and until we learn how to look for what God has placed right before us and within us how can we honestly expect to find it somewhere else? Det finns så många lektioner i denna berättelse som vi kan använda på våra liv och tills vi lär oss att leta efter det som Gud har placerat rätt framför oss och inom oss hur kan vi ärligt förvänta oss att finna det någon annanstans?

God has placed treasures all around us and it is very easy to overlook something because of what we see on the outside but it is vital that we learn how to look for what God has given on the inside. Gud har placerat skatter överallt och det är mycket lätt att förbise något på grund av vad vi ser på utsidan men det är viktigt att vi lär oss att leta efter det som Gud har gett på insidan. In the book of 1 Samuel 16 the Lord said, “For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance but the Lord looks at the heart.” I boken av 1 Samuelsboken 16 Herren sade: "Ty Herren inte ser som man ser, för man ser på yttre utseende men Herren ser till hjärtat."

  So many times we fail to search what God has given us just as the farmer and we miss out on the blessings that can be received. Så många gånger vi misslyckas med att söka det som Gud har gett oss precis som den jordbrukare och vi miste om de välsignelser som kan tas emot. Every single individual has a diamond in the rough but it requires attention, time, study, and even polishing with the gentle touch of love that will make it shine beyond mankind. Sometimes things even have to be chipped away because of how they are attached but once this is done in love you will find that it was for its own good. Varje enskild person har en oslipad diamant, men det kräver uppmärksamhet, tid, studera, och till och med polering med lätt beröring av kärlek som gör det skina över mänskligheten. Ibland blir det ens vara tärt på grund av hur de är monterade, men När detta är gjort i kärlek hittar du att det var för sitt eget bästa. Once we discover the jewel that we carry we must maintain what we have been given by applying the Word of God to our lives daily to increase our values in life as we learn to walk with Jesus Christ. När vi upptäcker den juvel som vi bär vi måste behålla det vi har fått genom att tillämpa Guds ord i våra liv dagligen för att öka våra värderingar i livet som vi lär oss att vandra med Jesus Kristus.

We never know what we have until we actually take the time to look within ourselves in the Word of God to discover the jewels that we carry and the treasures of love that fills our hearts and souls…amen Vi vet aldrig vad vi har tills vi verkligen tar sig tid att titta inom oss själva i Guds ord för att upptäcka de juveler som vi utför och de skatter av kärlek som fyller våra hjärtan och själar ... amen
